Staying here truly saved my life and my son's life as well. We wouldn't have made it without the care and compassion from Jeneva. We also made a great friend in the kind hearted and wholesome woman named Patricia who is one of the housekeepers.

Everything was good

Felt unsafe with so many people hanging out in hallways and entry ways.

Cigarette burn holes in bed spread, dead bugs on the floor, spray paint on room window, room smelled bad, wouldn’t recommend staying there. The front desk people were very nice.

Front desk clerk was very friendly, helpful, and professional. TV did not work in the room so the clerk moved us to another room very quickly. Check in and and out was very easy. Rooms were dated, floors needed sweeping and mopping. Shower head was not working correctly. Bathroom sink stopper was broke and in closed position. Internet worked the first night but not the next day. Breakfast was good. Outside area was clean, and we enjoyed the face-to-face gazebo swing.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! Literal ROACHES killed in the room!! Front desk clerk/manager had no clue what they were when presented with them, in a clear bag and placed in front of them. No apologies or concerns. Non-Smoking Room wreaked of smoke!! Water not draining from tub while showering, filling the tub. Absolutely ridiculous!! Should be condemned and demolished!!!

I got bedbugs bites all over. I want a refund. I have included pictures. I am also going to make a post about the hotel that includes my experience. The hotel smelled, the room was not cleaned, and I was literally swarmed by bed bugs. I have more photos and I am demanding compensation.

Nice place to stay Bed was not that comfortable but rooms were clean
