Felt like they were struggling to keep property maintained. Ok for the otice

The food was regular it available for free which was a plus very understanding staff and accommodations was provided and the staff was happy to help

The cleaness was the only thing that needed help and the rooms could use a lil update or sprinkle of style

I liked the size of the bed and that the bedding was clean and free of bed bugs

The breakfast, the shower had warm water; not hot. The bathtub had nothing but cold water. The sink was okay on hotness. The air conditioner and heater didn’t work effectively.

It was close to the highway

It felt very unsafe. My kids and I kept getting bit and became very itchy. The blankets were not clean, there was little black hairs all over them. I ended up leaving after a couple hours.

The hotel is in need of a room renovation and upgrades. It had a few housekeeping issues as well.

Crumbs and gunk in the sheets. They weren't laundered. Looked like someone was living there in different rooms who kept going back and forth with door slams waking us up. That would suggest they are used to the noise or the owners live there. This was in the middle of the night. So, dirty and no sleep. That negates the purpose of the stay.

Great customer service! Ms Jeneva was so friendly and helpful so was the gentleman when I checked out. Very friendly staff will go back and definitely recommend. Beds were fine pillows really soft has tv small fridge not a mini size coffee maker in room. Clean place
