Super 8 by Wyndham Auburn

Loud unruly guest, no coffee pot in room, no Kleenex in room, pool was down for maintenance, and by 6:30 am, not even any coffee or breakfast of any kind in the office!

"Breakfast Included" was gas station fare. TV did not work on day 2; desk clerk told me to "fix" it by moving a 200# credenza/ low-boy dresser, unplug, replug, move 200# dresser back. When I explained that I'm 80 years old with 4 ruptured discs in my back and a serious heart condition, he said "I'll be right there". He never showed up.

This motel isn’t terrible, but I'll stay at the Foothill Motel next door next time, as it is obviously better maintained. The morning we left - a Wednesday, probably not the busiest of days - the motel literally had no water comingcfrom our pipes. No shower water, no sink water. We heard other people's showers going nearby. When the sound of other showers stopped, we tried again and got some very low water pressure. On Day 2 of our stay, we were excited to get back to the motel to use the pool after a hot day outside and it had a sign that said "absolutely no swimming." It was during pool hours.

I asked for a wake up call. No wake up call. I was late to catch a plane. Place needs a upgrade. Hair in Shower. Floors need to be fixed.

For the price, really good hotel. Clean and no issues.

Great location & friendly staff.

Asked for a handicapped room, but didn't get one.
