The lady up front is very nice we arrived around 5 pm and she always checks us in and is. Wry helpful.

No Tylenol in the vending machine

The house cleaning lady.

The staff wouldn’t keep the the noise down from the kids upstairs running and slamming doors late at night.

The property itself was fine

There were ants all over the bathroom. Went up front to change rooms. No one was there for at least 10 minutes. She had totally left the property. Someone dropped her off our front and she walked in like no big deal and smelled like majajuana. Then 2nd we tried to get in our room and our card didn't work. Breakfast in the morning was pretty much nothing. It was a terrible experience.

The price and location great for passing through

Misty does not like her job which is check ins not laundry.. she never did smile.. definitely did not like dealing with her.. reservation for 2 adults, got to room, had 1 card which is very inconvenient when you have 2 young children which were also listed on reservation.. I went to office with kids and asked for another card.. was told it would deactivate other card which my daughter had and was getting food, and was told they didn't have many cards, I asked for more towels as only 2 full size in room.. was denied.. took both cards later to have both activated but was already after9pm.. I called to ask again for towels, was denied but then offered pool towels but I had to come get them from 217 and over 50 years old.. Will not stay again unless I really have to

There wasn’t a closet in our room and the vanity was small with not a lot of room to put anything

Breakfast was adequate but the selection was not great, there was no apples or oranges also not a very good selections of juices.

Except for the breakfast which was a 8 out of 10 everything else was excellent and we loved the shower.

Location and price. Furnishings were adequate.

Motel was nice but I didn't realize I was in a dry county, so I didn't fully enjoy my dinner

For breakfast there wasn’t much options but waffles. Muffins. I had requested a secluded room away from others because I had an autistic son who could be loud. My request was for the comfort of the other guest. Apparently they didn’t care because we were surrounded by people on every side. Including the messed up drunk dude who was checking in right after I had.

The pool was a little cold. I asked the owner( manager) about it. He had the staff check it. He said it was 75 that was the standard for the pool so no need to change it. The pool towels were small. The owner was less than accommodating. He definitely seemed cold to the staff. Which kinda explains why they seemed understaffed. Right after I had checked in, another couple was checking in and the male was definitely on something. If I hadn’t already paid and everything in advance I would have checked out. Later that same guy tried coming into my room(accidentally) obviously still messed up. It was very apparent at check in he was messed up on something( I’m going with alcohol but pretty sure it was a combo of stuff). He later had four dudes accompanying him in. If I hadn’t had my husband with me for the stay, I wouldn’t had been there with my kid alone. Our Safety didnt seem protected. I will say the rooms were clean, the cleaning staff very sweet and tidy.
