The location was great for what we traveled to Van Buren for

The manager cancelled our reservation although we reported in and was told our room was not ready yet to come back in an hour. We came back PRIOR to 3pm and was told our reservation was cancelled and either had to resubmit through Booking.com or pay a higher rate. They took our funds and we had to wait to get the refund to resubmit our booking. This was so annoying and they blamed in on Booking.com saying it was not a guarantee. I have NEVER had trouble with paying when I got to my location before. The desk clerk talked so fast and mumbled it was hard to understand her. Thankfully the bed was comfortable.

"Bargain price,better service than the price lead me to expect"

Had a crazy long drive and decided to check in. Glad I did. Comfortable room especially the mattress! Service was fast and friendly. Certainly a bargain.

Breakfast and coffee and ladies at front desk were polite. Bathroom was good. Vending machine for snacks was out of stock. Easy access to building with pass key card

Room is a run down condition. Ceiling is water stained and painted with 2 different types of paint , gloss white by entrance and flat primer by widow side that did not cover water stains. Pillow cases were cleaned but stained from old roof leak. Carpet had dime size cigarette burns and smelled like ashtray. There was 2 small roaches at the microwave area. Tv didnt work but a couple channels and we tried to connect our device to TV and failed .which I told frint desk the day I arrived. Never came to look at it.
