Location worked for me. The room was good in size and cleanliness. Decent size of a TV. good number of channels as well.

The breakfast was very lacking. Milk was empty, no OJ, no peanut butter. There were cereal and waffles, but when there was more than 2 people eating, it was just backed up. The bathroom had dust bunnies along the wall up by the ceiling. One of the towels was dirty straight off of the towel bar. The bed was making a strange noise when laying down on it as well.
