Location, staff, and value.

Weak internet, mold around the tub, and lack of any type of breakfast since it is advertised. A sugar roll and coffee doesn't work. Also, some outlet for charging a phone would be good.

The room was infested with roaches they didn’t want to do anything to make it right the staff was rude about it and we have video of the roaches and pictures

The location and parking are what make this place worth it. I wouldn't add anything else.

Breakfast is served at the reception and consists of a cake and coffee. If you are traveling with a family like mine, don't count on a family breakfast.The hair dryer in the room didn't work. When I went to the reception to report the malfunction and ask for another hair dryer, the gentleman just looked at me, shook his head that they didn't have a replacement hair dryer, and left. Totally unkind on his part. And after 7 days since checking out of the hotel, we still haven't received a refund of the $40 that was taken from the card as an advance. I used the services of Super 8 in Pigeon Forge and was very satisfied. For this reason, I chose the hotel with the same name this time. It turned out that they themselves use their name, but are somehow independent and do not follow the same house policy. I received this answer at the reception from an unfriendly gentleman.
