Super 8 by Wyndham Ft Walton Beach

We were very pleasantly surprised to find a nice jacuzzi bathtub in the room. The pool was small, but very clean and well maintained.

It was close to where we wanted to go and couldn’t beat the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool being clean was a plus.

The first room we got the door didn’t lock even when using the latch. My daughter was able to walk right in after I locked it. The lady at the desk didn’t give any issues, she switched our room right away. The beds were a little uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. We did spot 2 little roaches before we left.

Property wasn’t across from a beach at all. Had to feel up gas to drive and find a near by beach

There was no breakfast, even tho the sign says free continental breakfast. People set out side your door and smoke cigarettes and weed by the air conditioner, so you cough all night long.

the hotel is close to everything, and the location is great. And the staff especially the lady in the morning at the front desk was so nice and helpful.

the room smelled of pure cigarettes. the bathroom was dirty and the sheets were stained.

Horrible customer service. Terrible. Rude employees. The worse attitude ever. But the night employees are HORRIBLE, RUDE AND PLAIN NASTY. I WOULD FIRE THE MALE NIGHT EMPLOYEE. RUDE AND CRUDE THE BLACK WAS A RACIST. HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. NEVER. THE HOTEL WAS FINE AND CONNIE WAS GREAT THE OTHER OFFICE EMPLOYEE WERE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. FIRE THEM BOTH. THEY RAN OFF MORE CUSTOMERS THAN THEY HELPED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
