A bunch of little bugs crawling all over the room & bathroom floors.

Weeds and trash in parking lot inside was clean and the rooms were clean and cool.

My stay was convenient and comfortable!

The front desk staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service!

The only way into the building is through the lobby. You can exit through the door at the end of the hall, but cannot enter through that door, even with a key card. How did this property get a 7 rating without a guest laundry?

Property around the back of the building is not in the best condition and has two derelict vehicles back there.

Air con useless, car park is a weed patch, staff unable to speak English very well

Nothing we didnt stay!

The room was sweltering when we arrived and it took two to three hours to cool down, even after opening the window open (which was not wasn't locked when we arrived). The bedside light didn't work, there was no smoke alarm, the vent and light in the bathroom were stuffed with toilet paper. When I mentioned this to the front desk clerk, they did not appear concerned.
