Luxe Hotel Nashville Airport

It was so bad we didn't stay it was so Nasty!!!!! You couldn't even open the door to the room. They give me a new room and it was so bad the bathroom door had big holes in it floor so nasty we left

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, allowed for early checkin.

Internet was not good, hot tub was under maintenance but they did not have a sign indicating this. The listing said they offered breakfast but they only had coffee in the mornings not even grab and go breakfast.

Nothing it was bad for it to be in that area

It was not clean, well kept, and someone was in my room. I use my key to unlock the door, and there was a person sitting in my room with all of my belongings.

After the we went down to talk to reception. They offered to book us in a different hotel all on their cost. They paid for the next hotel and it was a day and night difference. The guy in reception was helpfull in getting us relocated.

Got to our room and it was filthy. Smelled like smoke and its a smokeless property. The floors were dirty and sticky. Nothing was clean in the room. Just the bed was made with half of the pillows. There was tags stuck to the mirror . Their cleaning service did a poor job at getting the room cleaned and ready.

Pillowcases were stained and looked like food debris and hair on the floor in bedroom and bathroom. Shower faucet leaked and dripped throughout the night.

I use to stay there when it was super 8 and I loved it

My lights went out in my room the air didn’t work the floor was not clean and it had bugs flying around
