Luxe Hotel Nashville Airport

Rooms felt dirty. Felt like bugs were crawling on us. Holes in walls. Carpetscouldve used a good cleaning. Pool area was gross the water hazy.. used the pool once and wouldnt go back. The hot tub wasnt filled and water was grey. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The door to get out of the room was so rusted I didnt even want to touch it. Never again. That was a lesson learned. The pictures were deceiving.

-hot tub was broken (I called prior to coming and was told it was working, that was not truthful) -runs were dirty, had to request new rooms, received “less dirty accommodations”. -Body fluid smeared on wall of hotel room - smeared something on the bathroom wall -carpet tore -old candy on the floor by the bed -stains on the bedding (luckily bright my own) - blow dryer in room didn’t work -guests using marijuana made the place smell. -tiles broken in hotel room floor -broken key entry near handicap parking

The place was nasty trash in the hallways and stairs wells staff wasn't very friendly. Red lights in the bedrooms like they was hooker room. Definitely will not book with them again. Beware if u rent from here
