Super 8 by Wyndham Chadron NE

This hotel is not clean, there is no internet, no working phones on the property (including the front desk), and no tv's in rooms. There are also old mattresses stored in the swimming pool. I booked 4 rooms last minute for my family after an airbnb canceled on us and all other hotels in town were full for graduation. We could not safely stay here. Expedia tried to contact them to get them to agree to a refund, but with no phone or internet that was not possible so we did not get any refund! Terrible experience. This hotel should be closed!

Internet wasnt working which, unfortunately meant no tv service available either. Also pool and hot tub listed but neither are in usable condition and have not been in quite a while. Breakfast was VERY limited and unappealing.

Tried calling the hotel for a week to check on reservations. Phone didn't work. When we arrived, we were told "no WiFi and no TV and no Phones". Told them to cancel one of the rooms, they said ok. I've been charged for that room. Fire alarm was beeping in our room so I asked for extra batteries, they just removed the alarm and threw it in the trash. Some doors and windows didn't even lock. Would have left immediately, but no other hotels in town were available due to college graduation.

Place is a dump. Avoid at all cost. No cable. Dirty floors. Curtains didn't cover the window and floodlight was on outside. Window was cracked and broken. When they painted walls they didn't tape off the trim. Water stains in toilet and sink. Dead bugs in bathroom.

This place is an absolute trash hole and evident what we could expect even pulling into the parking lot. We did not bring anything into the hotel before looking @ room. The bedding was dirty, there are dead bed bugs under the sheets. There is mold all over the bathroom ceiling, the curtain doesn’t stay hanging up, and when we arrived to check in we were told we couldn’t check in because the internet was down and also there would be no cable. The hallways are disgusting with debris on the floor, dark liquid splattered all over the hallway and the ceiling light fixtures are full of bugs. When I re-approached the lady at the desk and told her about the absolutely unacceptable status of the room she assigned to us, she told me she would not charge me for my room. I was very clear expressing that I had already pre-paid for the room and the money already was charged to my card at booking. I told her that I really hope she does actually make sure to refund me, because I took videos and pictures as evidence of the absolutely disgusting condition of the room she just assigned us to. The entire property is in terrible condition and I honestly have no idea how this motel is still operating. I can safely assume whoever the property is insured by has absolutely no idea of the actual condition of the property. This whole building should be condemned. Windham should be ashamed their name is associated with this property. I would rather sleep in my car than walk back into that front door.

Prostitution rampid in building

Ice machine out of order. Need to have a coffee machine. Scared to get coffee from coffee maker. The nonstick coating on the waffle maker was peeling off so scared to make a waffle. Fortunate enough I had friends that got a room at the Holiday Inn so I had breakfast over there. None of the doors locked to the hotel. The staff was nice but they probably should tear that place down and rebuild it. Sometimes getting a better deal doesn’t work out for you.

It advertises a swimming pool. It was not functioning and looked like it had not for many years and was in major disrepair. The carpet in the hall way has carpet wrinkles that needs re-stretched of replaced. My daughter tripped over one and spilt og all over. Both days I picked up food sitting on tables in the kitchen breakfast area. The second day same deal but a hole thing of coffee was spilt and everywhere. I know it’s people staying there but no one checks on the area the hole time serving breakfast. Had toast and decals but no butter and the cream cheese had no lid to the package and was not in any standard looking safe to eat. The cereal raisins were like rocks. The room had issues with the toilet flushing. There was mold above the shower and on the ceiling. The heater was missing parts. This hotel had been looked past and missed any modern upgrades and remodels. With in the first night one of my children and I knew we getting throat issues. I would never stay there again and very disappointed.

The room was dirty, we carry sheets and blankets all the time and on this trip I’m glad we didn’t leave them behind. It looked like the bed hadn’t been changed in weeks because there was dirt on the pillowcases and on the sheets their breakfast was real dirty. The waffle machine was peeling onto the waffle itself. It was totally disgusting.

It's a 50 dollar hotel dirty, nothing worked, sketchy. It's a firty Dollar hotel. Don't spend any more.
