Super 8 by Wyndham Chadron NE

This train wreck of a place is absolutely undeniably terrible. Toilet leaked everywhere tried to get a different room and the lights did not work asked for a refund and booked a different motel. They refused my refund and had to fight every avenue to get one. Wish you could give less than one star. Place needs renamed the city dump 10 out of 10 don’t recommend

The young lady was very nice and helpful

Was not clean, bathroom was in disrepair, shower was dirty. Lobby was unkept and had smell. Hotel in desperate need of updating.

Room not clean. Dirty towels hanging on door. Bathroom lights burn out and they come put 1 in when needed 2. Mold in shower. No stopper in sink. Toilet wouldn't flush unless hold down and flush 2 or 3 times before going down. Couldn't control heating unit, either cold or hot. TV worked but no local channels for news or weather. If hadn't pre-paid would have left. And only couple of nights so made work. Can't believe Wyndham would operate hotel looking like that. Outside needs major maintenance as well. Pictures on internet don't represent what it looks like. Would not recommend even for 1 night 🙄

There was good toast. Didn't like hearing the neighbor snore all night through the wall.

Property looked abandoned. Carpet was coming up, needs maintenance attention in room and better housekeeping. No one at front desk. Felt unsafe. Left after 1 night.

The property was pet friendly and decently priced but staff seemed overwhelmed. Room was booked for 4 people. We were given 2 bath towels and 3/4 of a roll of toilet paper. Door was missing security lock and shower curtain.

The hotel is badly in need of repair. The ice machine has been out of service for at least a year. The breakfast was minimal.

Ice machine broke. Pool closed. Dirty bathtub. Hotel is old and tired. Nice people running it. You get what u pay for.

There was a language barrier. If 3 people are registered, have enough towels for 3. Asked for extra and I had to find them myself. Breakfast opened at 6, coffee not ready until almost 6:30. No butter, jelly etc for toast. The carpet in the hallway had rolls in it and was a huge trip hazard. Bathroom sink was dirty. Bedroom was ok but light didn’t work. Wouldn’t stay here again.
