We really enjoyed our stay. A great room for the price. The gentleman checking us in was very friendly and helpful. We got checked right in with no issue. The room was clean and exactly what we needed. We also noted the colorful lights on the outside of the building at night and they look really nice. 👍

I paid $171 for one night here, and unfortunately, my experience didn’t match the positive reviews I had read beforehand. The room smelled musty with a strong incense-like odor, and the overall hotel carried a heavy spice smell. Upon entering, it was clear the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in some time. We found bugs, candy, and other debris in plain sight that had not been swept up. The fridge was dirty, the window A/C was caked with dust, and the room felt overly humid. One pillow even had what looked like dried bodily fluids on it. The bathroom was especially concerning. The towel shelf fell off the wall in the middle of the night, the shower sprayed water over the curtain and didn’t look clean, and the bathroom door itself had literally been nailed together with roofing nails. In addition, the parking lot felt unsafe. We observed sketchy behavior outside and did not feel comfortable walking to and from our room alone. When I mentioned these issues at checkout, the response from the front desk was dismissive, telling me I should have reported it the night before. While I understand things can get overlooked, the number of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety problems in this room was unacceptable. Maybe I just had bad luck and ended up in the worst room, but based on my stay, this property did not meet even basic cleanliness, maintenance, or security standards—especially for the price.

We turned in our key cards within the first five minutes. The staff refused to offer any refunds at all. We had to find another hotel in the area causing us to pay more for a better competitor hotel.

The coffee maker wasn't working at the time I got up for breakfast. The Mattresses was too high and looked old and worn down the walls were dirty along with the floors under the bed The whole place smelled of Indian food, an old citrus, and a grease smell throughout the building. The building needs to be updated with staff that know the fundamentals of cleanliness for guests' satisfaction.
