Expedia misrepresented the hotel. I works never have stayed there!! And now, can't get my $70 back

Upon arrival the hotel is not as pictured as in advertisement. The actual building appears to be under construction, parking lot is nonexistent with large potholes and nearly no lighting. With this in mind we asked to see the room first which was then confused the property manager why we would make this request. There was the smell of residual smoke with no smoking signs posted everwhere. No ice , no vending machine. If your looking for cheap and unsafe this is your place..

Ice machine broken vending machine broken shower barely had any water pressure hair dryer didn’t work. Tv unable to turn on.

Clean rooms and friendly service!

It is clean just old but not a bad place to lay your head.

Our room floor needed vacuumed check in was slow, but still training on a new system Front help very pleasant, not dressed professionally very professionally.

It took over an hour to check in because none of the rooms were clean and ready through the whole building. I didn’t get get there till 8pm to check in and still wasn’t ready room not cleaned toilet broke horrible experience

No clue about what room, have us the wrong room, Smoke detector wa going off/ batteries needed changed, no remote, no pillows.
