This hotel should not be open to the public until renovations are made

Property looked like a crack house. Door jams broken, electronic keys did not work in the whole building. Dirty, no towels. Staff tried several rooms before we said we would not stay. Staff contacted off site management and we contacted Booking.com. Staff at Booking were argumentative. Even when the hotel sail it was their fault and wanted to fully refund us Booking was not helpful

There was bugs and everything was breaking.The top floor was leaking.What a piece of junk very badly maintained it even worth the money paid.What a very bad experience

You should close that facility down.Since you guys don't take care of it properly , it's very understaffed , and people don't care about the place is falling apart

The graveyard girl blond hair shaved side was very friendly and took our concern seriously. And switched us to a second second room.

We got checked into a room on 1st floor by the lobby and found 4 just thinking her cockroaches.
