Americas Best Value Inn-Livonia/Detroit

rooms are not the same as seen in the pictures, I did not stay that night.

I prepaid this hotel and they didn’t honor our reservation. When we checked in, the hotel just said sold out and no room available and they knew we prepaid the reservation. End up we have to find other hotel to stay in the midnight. This is never happened to me before.

For me, sort of a tough rating on this place. It's basically trashed in general inside and out. But the service at the desk was good, the people seem to have a good attitude. Everything in the room worked except for the refrigerator, which I didn't need to use on this trip. Hot tub worked fine, bed was comfortable and clean. So it really looks bad inside and out, but I just might stay there again, I think

The room was filthy, i dont expect much from a cheap hotel but I do expect it to be clean and this place was gross. Everything else about the room was terrible too.

Zero Rating. (1) Staff, (2) cleanness, (3) smell, (4) Smoky room, (5) everything. Not recommended

Room was dirty , door locked broken. Room Looked like someone was living in it before I came in

Nothing had roaches

The room was not cleaned. The hotel was sold out even though I paid for the room in advance. It was a horrible experience.
