Americas Best Value Inn-Livonia/Detroit

Convenient location.

It was really dirty. Like- REALLY dirty. The facilities didn’t work…I didn’t have towels. Idk, maybe it was just this one room? I do feel like I should be compensated. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll ever be back.

When I got there, they ‘never got my reservation’ but also told me that the room with the queen bed I reserved wasn’t cleaned by their staff anyway. They had me go check a king room myself to make sure it had been cleaned, and it was warm, damp, and musty and the AC was barely kicking out cool air. They offered me that king room at a higher price (no discount for the ‘lost reservation’) and it all seemed like a scam. I got a refund from Expedia for my booking and did not stay there.

The location was close to restaurants and stores

One of the people who check us in was rude. Showed us 5 rooms,had bugs,roaches,bed sucked in the middle she's not clean,beds look like they were slepted in and covers made up

Not nothing but the two black workers

Starting off I had to clean my own room because house keepers was gone for the day , they only took 7 dollars off for me cleaning the room myself , secondly at 9:30pm a housekeeper walked inside my room hugging me and bring someone in she claimed was looking for my room ? 0/10 would never do again and nothing was done about the house keeper they said it was her second or third time doing someone like this , which is very unsafe I could’ve been running from someone and she lead them straight into my room .

I didn't stay there, no room was available. Its ghetto. Trash everywhere. Just nasty

The hot tub was dirty so we couldn’t even get in it. It was a bunch of drug dealers outside, lingering around our cars so we weren’t comfortable and the sheets had stains on it.
