There were roaches and bed bugs and when I asked for a refund, after finally hunting down the front desk clerk, he refused.

Pillows were flat. No hairdryer or coffemaker.

Awful stay! Our room was never cleaned from the people prior. There was cigarette ash all over, writing all over both mirrors and the windows. The toilet barely flushed and when we took a shower it flooded the bathroom. The towels were dirty like they were used prior and just folded back up. We booked our stay for 2 days due to family funeral and when we left the hotel to go to the funeral, by the time we got back, our key card was disabled and we were not able to get back into the hotel. Other guests let us in and we still were unable to get into our room so we had to try to find the guy who worked the front desk. We will never stay there again. Worst stay weve ever had at a hotel.

They offered breakfast in reservation, but not available in stay

Don't stay here unless you have to. At check-in no one was at the counter, there was a note to dial 0 for service.. 5 minutes later someone came down to check me in. My room had 2 of the smallest pillows ive ever seen, the shower head would only tilt high enough to cover someone 4 1/2 feet tall, so i had to bend over to shower. There is no ice machine in the property, and no breakfast option, no plastic cups in the room, but the room AC and refrigerator work really good. When I went to checkout, no one was in the lobby, and i was in a hurry so i left the room key in the room and called the hotel from the road to checkout. The call was unanswered and there was no option to leave a voicemail, so i called back repeatedly 8 times until someone answered with "yes".

The bed was comfortable

Had to wait for almost an hour for a worker to even show up and check us in. The toilet didn't work. It was extremely stinky. It smelled like dirty diapers and wet wipes.

The walls are extremely thin, 2 pillows were tiny, property is dated, Staff was very nice and willing to open pool earlier than normal if we wanted. Pool and hot tub looked good!

Cheep clean no frills all items worked. Will use again as it has the best rate in town.

The property is in poor shape.
