Property looks Messy and short of manpower,, rooms are bad and the utilities is in bad shape.

Started with waiting 20 min to be let Into front desk. Checked in, had to clean room 1st, there is still something nasty stuck on floor. The fridge didn't work. TV didn't have color (screen was black & white) the a. C. Is broke. Fridge was replaced but neither worked. Tub wouldn't drain and faucet was loose and didn't close for shower so it came out both at same time. The exhaust fan didn't work. The toilet paper was sitting on the nasty floor bc the holder is broken. No room phone in room. Front desk guy must've also been the one house keeper and handyman. Washer/dryer the website promised broken. The free breakfast was a lie they didn't even serve coffee. No coffee pot in rooms either. Awful

First room was 308. Opened door...dirty towels in sink, trash pile on floor with broom laying on top of the pile, no sheets on bed, fridge door was open and moldy....went back to front desk and said i wanted a refund and was leaving...he said the system said the room was clean...proceded to give me another room..113...that door was open when i got there, all lights were on, looked like someone had laid on the bed, debris all over the floor, microwave and fridge had physical damage to them...went back to front desk and requested again a refund, the guy said he didn't know how to do that..very unclean and unsafe property. Started a chat to get a refund. Stating once again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND removing this property from your website.

Dead roaches, cleansing powder left in the bath tub, musty moldy smell, leaking plumbing and drain stopper did not work. No toilet paper holder.

Was close to our son snd his family.

It looked to be being remodeled. Not sure if people were living there. The floors were dirty.

The building appeared to be abandoned. Broken window, blinds askew, dirty entrance that was locked and a note telling us to call the front desk to be let in. There was no furniture in the lobby, which was dirty. The room was dimly lit, and the bathroom sink wasn’t clean. There was no way we we felt safe sleeping there, and left after viewing the room. We were surprised that for the $90 charge that conditions would be so off-putting. The desk manager assured us that all the hotels in Levanworth has security buzzers on the front door.

Definitely could of been cleaner, and we wished that pool area was unlocked instead of having to ask for it to be.

Lower level hallway was clogged with equipment. Took an hour to check in. No phones worked, Had to call offsite staff to come. Guy on duty did not come to the desk for an hour. I was were the ONLY apparent guest after the other lady left. The place is an absolute dump.

What did I like? I guess that I made it out alive and without any bugs on me or my possessions. There is literally nothing positive to say about this place. It is a health hazard that should be condemned.

This hotel is a literal disaster. The person working the front desk appeared under the influence of something. Against my better judgment, we proceeded with check-in as there was no other hotels in Leavenworth available we walked towards the room. We noticed the ratchet smell, and the filthy floors entering the room, the smell became overwhelming. We noticed cigarette burns in the blankets and curtains and then the bugs! Bugs everywhere! Turned around and practically ran to the car. I have no idea how this hotel is permitted to operate the city or health department has to shut it down. booking.com should remove this hotel immediately from its website! I can’t imagine who stays here or how it stays in business. Absolutely repulsive.
