No breakfast no pool no hot tub no coffee no towels ….. it was a dump

Had to change rooms because ac didn’t work and then the batteries in the door handle of the 2nd room died so had to find someone to unlock it with a key every time I got back. Then I had to stand outside waiting for someone to open the outside door because my key wouldn’t open it either.

They had bugs and refused to give me a new room so i waisted my money because i slept in my car

This property was in terrible disgusting condition. Sheets were dirty, floors and all tabletops filthy, broken air conditioner. TV and fridge broken, so was the micro wave. Amenities not what claimed. Hot tub was empty and broken, staff did everything they could but the just didn't have anything to work with.

Location

Need many upgrades from towels to replacing the bathtub. Did not have breakfast available. I got locked inside my room door malfunctioned.

I am a travel nurse that stayed my entire 16 weeks with the hotel. The staff treated me like family. They always had my room ready and always catered to all my needs any time of day or night.

It was a nice peaceful stay that i truly enjoyed.

nice pool, but no staff at the desk. Have to wait in another room for somoone to check you in. Doesn't seem kept up.

The place was horrible it was run down bathroom floor sunk in sheets had stains on them no breakfast requested a non smoking room and got a smoking room
