The hotel is being worked on, which was not explained on the website when I booked the room, by the receptionist. The hotel needs major work. The stairs and stair rails were filthy. The bed was dirty with stains and holes in the comforts .

The hotel it self needs major work especially for the rates they are charging.

I was afraid to get out of my car. The hotel looked run down and was not in a safe part of town. I did not stay there. When I tried to contact someone from Hotels.com I was not able to do so. The ethical right action for you to do is to refund my money and take this hotel off your list.

This place did nor have any of the amenities promised in the description. Additionally, I had to call and request a remote from the front desk for the TV. There were footprints and blood stains on the pillows. The ceiling in the shower was falling down and everyone was in total disrepair.

I was scheduled to stay three days there, as there was no other rooms available in town. At least the hotel was near where I was working. When I went to check in after 10 hours of traveling. There was no one at the front desk to check me in and no one answered the desk phone or the main line. After waiting for more than an hour I had to drive 20 minutes to find another room in another town. When I checked in the following day there was still no one at the front desk. At least they answered the phone this time. The whole building smelled of smoke. Then my non smoking room was dirty and had cigarette burns on the tables and lamps. It also had a disabled smoke detector with a plastic bag wrapped around it. Not wanting to die in a hotel fire in a disgusting hotel, I decided this was not the place for me. When I went to checkout there was no one at the front desk yet again and no one answered the phone. I have yet to receive a refund. Do not stay here.

If I could do minus Stars I sure would this place was disgusting. I want my money back. There was no towels no toilet paper no cups in the room and the place stunk

There’s nothin to be liked in this facility.

I’m pretty sure the front desk personnel was high on some kind of drug. The room was worst than a horror movie room. We requested a non-smoking room on the first floor and was given a smoking room with cigarette butts on the toilet, cigarette burn on the sheet and cigarette smell all over. I wouldn’t put even my worst enemy in that place.

It was a good value and good location. We were visiting different locations and the hotel was 20 miles in either direction. We had to go. Will look at staying again possibly.

Disappointed that our towels were not exchanged and trash was not picked up. I don’t expect a complete room cleaning when I am staying more than 1 night
