Magnuson Hotel Fort Wayne North - Coliseum

It was located in a great area and close to where we needed to go

It was run down, dirty sticky floors , mold in AC unit, there was an odor, and hard beds and no water pressure. Had to go buy blankets and air freshener.

Place was affordable and easy to find.

We didn't sleep that well due to people stomping up the stairs all night.

I liked the location of the hotel, it was close to everything we did while in the area.

The only thing we had an issue with was our door was a little difficult to open and close, but other than that, it was all good.

Thi s was so disappointing. I was especially shocked that they had no elevators I had to drag my luggage up a flight of stairs. Door was improperly installed so it dragged and closed with a forced shove. My room was next to the laundry room, my actual room was in dire need of a good deep cleaning. A t least I had a working tv, which my traveling companion did not have. I would say that this hotel rivals another in iron mountain upper peninsula Michigan. Both operators have properties that are never cleaned properly or updated and this is definitely properties that I recommend you stay away from. Until the Gupta family finds a better way to clean and maintain commercial hotels....STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
