The price when up it was a lil too high priced

The location. Unfortunately there really was not much else that was acceptable. I was very disappointed with the experience and the hotel.

The outside doors to the hotel are not locked at night- the room smelled of marijuana- the bedspread was stained- the lobby also had a noxious odor as well.

Location is close to coliseum. The AC worked. Coffee was hot and fresh even at 3pm.

Literally everything else. Service was slow, not clean, breakfast time very late, no safety lock on door, very run down, clientele was a bit nefarious to say the least.

The entire lobby smelled like weed and our room reeked of cigarette smoke a the bathroom also smelled weed. It was so strong my eyes were burning.

We loved how the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the check-in / check-out process was simple and easy.

There were a couple things we were not happy with: The room was not clean when we checked in and had to leave and come back for it to be done. There were splotches of an unknown substance on the floor, and other random little pieces of trash too. The room smelled of whatever food the past guests had eaten in there. The sink leaked and the draining in both the sink and shower/tub was not very good. The bed was comfortable enough but nothing special, and the fitted sheet constantly came off of it from even a little movement on the bed. There were dark stains on all of the seams of the doors on the floor and where the wood was capped off for the stairs. The whole place had an odd smell to it and kind of felt unsafe all around. Lastly, the door to our room was hard to fully shut, you almost had to pull on it with your body weight to get it to shut completely and lock. It did not make me feel safe to leave my belongings inside the room.
