Super 8 by Wyndham Knoxville

Our stay was pleasant. We had multiple problems with the TV, but the staff was kind and helpful. We could see they were trying to stay on top of upkeep on the room as apparently they were refurbishing the bathroom, apparently as it wasn’t painted yet. But all was clean and tidy. The only disappointment was there was not any waffles or fresh fruit. The bananas were brown but the waffles are 8’s calling card. We have stayed in 8’s before and like the clean and quiet and the kindness from the staff. But no matter how small the eating area … they always had waffles. This had a nice large area but, no waffles. It was still our pick of places to stay. Thank you

Location, easy access. Newer carpet.

No front desk clerk had to check in virtually. Price was outrageous. Could use some upgrades on the building. Room was dark even with lights on.

The shower head did not work properly because water was continually running somewhere behind the wall causing very low pressure.

Location was good staff very friendly

Room little cramped for 2 beds and one light didn't work it was unplugged and can tell it wasn't working and bath tub didn't plug for a bath for small children so had to give them showers

The internet was very unreliable and in fact, the television would not turn off without unplugging it. The remote would only sporadically connect with the television. The room had a distinct odor. I'm not sure of what. There was an empty Cheetos package behind the nightstand and although I pointed it out to housekeeping, it never got picked up.

Just seemed run down

The property had no elevators and no carts to get your items to the stairs at least. Only one ice machine and it was on main level.
