The room could have been much better with a little maintenance. The cover on the overflow drain of the bathtub was completely missing - the sink drain had a large piece missing - the fan in the bathroom was completely non-functional - the bedspread had cigarette burns even though it was a non-smoking room. Also, the "breakfast consisted of two kinds of cereal, waffles and coffee. There was an orange and apple juice machine, but it was not on or working. In the morning, there was only a sign at the front desk saying they were full, and no one to assist in check out.- I often stay in less expensive hotels and have no issues - management of this place clearly does not care at all

The place LOOKED clean until I took a walk up the steps to our 3rd floor room. There were multiple body fluid stains on the sheets, chair and bathroom. We complained to the night manager, and was told if we wanted a full refund, we'd have to check out. Also, every hotel in the area was already booked up, so we wound up sleeping on the top sheets. YUCK

Parking area located close to room & staff were friendly. However, the hotel rooms need a good thorough cleaning and upgrading of furniture, new carpet, and purchase new bed linens. Room was located on the front of hotel and parking lot had a vehicle with extremely loud muffler up and down the main highway and in/out hotel parking lot both nights up until around 8 AM next morning.

Dirty, smelly, cockroach traps on floor,of room visible, walls in bathroom unpatched unpainted, strange 5$ Disposable dehumidifiers on floor, mildew and possible mold smells, hallway exhaust fans with no grill covers, could easily amputate and adult or child’s fingers or hands. No change for use of Landry machines. Smelly sheets and blankets with tobacco smoke and mildew smells and huge cigarette burn holes in a NON SMOKING ROOM. Would never recommend staying here.

No hot water little hotels on floors under the bed

Burns on the bedspread holes in the wall very unsatisfactory

It’s a fleabag hotel, smoking room but still, blanket had huge hole in it and a lingering stench. Very dark and unwelcoming.

Everything was Blah. However the location was right where we needed it to be.

Needed to vacuum the room more, and blow dryer did not work, but clean towels and sheets everyday, toiletries, and people working there and owner very, very nice!! We would go back again!
