Good value stay with excellent customer service and great location.

Clean room hallway smelt like a "motel" and the shower didnt work....really!? Smh

The staff was friendly. The hotel in its self was so so. Its comfortable for a night or two but a week not worth it. The rooms are outdated needs new paint. The rooms smelled moldy and the hallways smelled moldy and of weed. Check in was easy. They never checked id however. Would I stay again? Probably not.

Good customer service, comfortable bed, dirty floors, thought I had it changed to a 1 night stay, but hotel was locked into the 2 day reservation and was forced to pay the 2 day

The check-in clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was clean; however, it lacked a closet, microwave and bedspreads without cigarette holes. Room adequate for a one night stay.

The hotel room has a smell and carpet and the blanket has cigarette Burns in them

The worst hotel/motel I've ever been to. Carpets extremely dirty. Was told I had a non smoking room but it used to be a smoking room. Bathroom not clean. Showerhead barely stayed in the wall.Microwave and fridge had mold in it and hadn't been cleaned. The lamps went out in the room, went to the front desk to advise and was told to unplug the tv to have light. No continental breakfast. Stale cereal and eggo waffles out of the box. Not to mention the drug addicts outside the facility begging for cigarettes. A horrible experience for my family and I as we had traveled to Waldorf for my grandmother's funeral. Was unable to get a refund because they stated I had already checked in. Stay far away from this place.

Everything was fine until we was woken up by the housekeeping cursing each other out in the hall way. They was very loud and using horrible language! It was really ghetto and I will never stay in a place like that again

The counter assistant was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very outdated. The room was not cleaned well. Don’t think I would stay here again unless I had no other choice.

It was not a good motel-not clean, very disappointed. Would not go back there
