The staff was great

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was regular but my kids loved the waffles, the hotel managers and front desk was very friendly and helpful when needed, there was always parking available, and everything we needed was supplied upon request, the stay was overall comfortable.

Beds were uncomfortable

Wonderful hotel and service cheap rates and nice rooms would recommend to anyone. Check in was fast and i got my room in minutes. Everything was clean and tidy and well maintained and the room was very nice. Small but it was clean and smelled good. Overall 9/10

Very rude front desk staff. They have a no refund policy so if book and need to change your mind you will not receive your money back. Also, the rooms have no outgoing or incoming calls so you will have to rely on front desk. The front desk clerk will tell you "He is not transferring anymore calls" if your party doesn't answer. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Since they are franchised they make there own rules.

This was by far the worse stay ever. Roaches everywhere and bad customer service. Staff rude and unpleasant. Not at al helpful. Had to stay the whole stay because I couldn’t get my money back.

The room was dirty with hair on the bathroom floor We had to call the front desk to turn the heat on There was no tissue box in the room There was no faceplate on the outlet There were lipstick stains in the bedsheets There was burn holes in the bedspread The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room Breakfast was just waffles, juice and coffee with no fresh fruit or protein no muffins no choice of cereal no eggs or bacon The breakfast space had sticky floors from maple syrup We only stayed one night Drywall dust on bedspread Drywall mud in toilet paper holder Drywall mud on door frame

We asked to be moved to a room on the second floor, and it was more acceptable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, as was the bathroom.

The carpets in the hallway and rooms on the main floor were old and smelled. The hallway on the main floor smelled. The complimentary breakfast was minimal. Cereal, waffles. Not good coffee. The location was farther from I-81 than we thought.
