My granddaughter got sick due to what we believe was bed bugs. Getting a hold of someone to get extra towels or anything was a pain!

The pictures on the website looked amazing, but the room had a chemical smell and the carpet/wall color was very ugly. The mattress wasn’t great, the website said they were memory foam but they definitely weren’t! We almost left but we were so tired and it was non-refundable.

USUSThe bed was semi comfortable otherwise the pictures of the rooms and property were completely off, the property was rough, the other guests were sketchy, the guy running the front desk was woken up when we checked in and he told my husband to sit down and wait while I was checking in. He was rude.
