Could use a bit of attention to detail. Coffee machine runs out of coffee? try tomorrow. Juice machine putting out diluted juice? try tomorrow. Ice Machine dead. No sign/info that there is another machine on the other end of property.

Works for whay we need. Facility could use a little TLC.

Breakfast was a joke didnt even have coffee Used to be a nice place to stay has changed a lot

Room was clean, not sure if there was an elevator so may not be a good choice for those unable to do stairs.

Went to pick up something I dropped on the floor and underneath bed was a pay of socks and an empty bottle. It was so hot in the room when we first went into room you couldn’t breathe. The coffee machine in breakfast was not working both mornings so no coffee. One bathroom towel and 2 in room.

Sorry no internet and that was disappointing. Phone didn’t work so couldn’t call front desk. No coffee in breakfast room. Shares room with the pacer in the room above us. No one at front desk when checking out this morning.

Bugs all over the room, pool was ice cold, sheets were very worn and dingy, trim around most all doors banged up, parking lot full of holes, asked for more towels as there were four of us in the room, only gave us 2 more big towels, chaning area in pool was lop sided and board were warped. Gal on Saturday morning was smoking out side which was no issue, then sitting on couch when I came in to check out, no uniform, just t-shirt and jeans. Pool area had stones around pool broken off, Granddaughther scratched herself on it, Sidewalks around hotel needed good cleaning. Gentleman at check in was very nice and friendly.
