Auburn Inn

Gentleman at the front desk was very kind. The Auburn Inn was such a great deal, I was almost hesitant to stay there. Glad I booked a room anyway. My experience turned out much better than I had expected. Thank you!

The staff was friendly, pleasant, nice, no complaints there. But the room - and I looked at 4 others to try to switch - was not good. The mattress was awful)In all of the rooms I checked. The smell of dampness (moldy mildew type of smell ) was present in all the rooms to varying degrees - really didn't want to walk barefoot even in my room. Then there was a huge leak of something - hoping it was just water!- in the hallway socks and feet were soaked just from walking over it on the way to the ice machine. Something was also leaking around the base of the toiolet in my room. The place has the potential to be good - but it needs a major overhaul

Property was very convenient and low priced . Perfect if you just need a place to crash . Staff was friendly !

Very little hot water the first night. No coffee ready both mornings. Only one carafe. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. No WiFi the first night. No one at the front desk to ask about the WiFi or the lack of sufficient coffee in the morning. No protein for breakfast. Just cereal and donuts.

i better have a cancellation...because i cancelled this reservation confirmed by expedia about 3 weeks ago

Furniture was old and nasty. Got bit by something on 2 places on my body. I told the guy at the desk he said i doubt there are any bugs. T.V. channels were terrible. I wouldnot stay there again.

Pretty close to everyrhing a warm place to sleep for the night when the heater would work

This is a reliable, reasonable place to stay in Auburn and we've done so more than once. While the place shows some wear and tear its clean and the people friendly. The continental breakfast isn't much, but when is it ever, really? It's a good reliable 3 star motel.

The hotel looks good on the outside; but the rooms are very worn out. The furniture is worn, the chairs are worn; there's nicks in the walls. It was clean, though. The breakfast was very minimal: coffee, juice, bread & donuts. I would not recommend Hotels.com keep them on your listing.
