Super 8 by Wyndham Bath Hammondsport Area

As soon as we got there the police were there and knocking on our door, stating they were looking for a missing person from our room. There were quite a few people hanging out drinking in the parking lot all day and into the evening, sketchy. It appears they may live there at the hotel. There were 6 stink bugs in our room. Bathtub didn't drain. something was wrong with the sound on the tv. And breakfast - can you really call it that. Coffee machine out of order, there were a few slices of bread in a plastic drawer and 3 or 4 toaster waffles. Poured a glass of OJ - it looked awful, dumped it out.. Beds were comfortable and appeared clean. Would not recommend this hotel

TV didn't have any volume. Room type I reserved was not available.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned well. Breakfast was a joke.

I was on a 2 week road trip with my dog and this was the only hotel that gave me a hard time about not booking a dog friendly room through Expedia. The rooms doesn’t say which ones are dog friendly so I got a single bed room and they told me at the front desk I needed to upgrade to a double bed room, claiming they were giving me a discount but it added up to a full price room. I ended up paying an additional $36 just to be in a dog friendly room on top of the $30 dog charge. I ended up losing money on this hotel because I used my Expedia credits to get a discount. I would not go back or recommend. The room was dark, gloomy and I couldn’t sleep all night. There was shady people jumping in and out of the windows and the parking lot in the back was completely sketchy.

This is not a safe option for solo female travelor. Substandard room for money. Vagrants smoking drugs lingering outside exit and entrance rooms. Ownership has changed and definitely not for the better. Feel I am due a refund for this stay. I couldn't wait to get out of the place.

Close location to my event

Directed to used back door as access to and from my room with my pet. Door constantly surrounded by low class vagrant type people smoking drugs. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe being a female traveling alone with her pet. Charged 30$ extra a nite for my pet who is well trained and clean. Constantly wearing expensive flea collar and dog does NOT bark and is house trained. This 30$ a nite fee should have been posted before I arrived! Also, the free so called breakfast only consisted of stale waffles, stale cheap white bread for inedible toast, frozen butter pats that were completely unable to be spread on your waffles. The juice was "turned" orange juice that was actually brown in color! Tried the apple juice and it was poorly mixed with what was mostly water and no taste. Bedding was yellowed and felt old. Mattress very stiff and uncomfortable. Towels were old and dingy. Felt like I was designated to a substandard room just because I was traveling with my support animal and charged more for it!

Zeer oude en slecht onderhouden accommodatie. Zeer luid ventilatie systeem. Het ontbijt was twee boterhammen met jam, verder was er niets.

I cpuldnt cancel my stay because I used booking dot com instead of calling like a normal person and no one answered so i couldnt get a refund
