Staff are pleasant and accommodating

The room was spacious. It had good lighting. There was a fridge, which we used, and a microwave. A small coffee maker with adequate cups also in place. There were coffee and a couple of tea bags here. The bathroom also had a good mirror and shower.

On query, I was told breakfast was from 7 to 9 a.m. My husband and I got to breakfast room (we knew where it was as had stayed at this location in the past, otherwise, there was no signage or staff at front desk to direct you). The breakfast was absolutely substandard even for a continental one. There were a few preformed waffles & slices of bread. A container of a bit of milk. No coffee and no tea bags. The juice machine had, what appeared to me, spoiled orange juice. We were able to find syrup, plates, and plastic wear. We got the remaining waffles, toasted them and took them to our room. Fortunately, I had bought instant oatmeal (there was some dry cereal of rasin brain and frosted flakes, no instant oatmeal), and there was a microwave in the room. Clearly, no staff had checked bar to restock. Next issue was the precheck , I had done the Super 8 precheck; it was indicated that I would only have to pick up room keys. Got there and not the case. In fact, Booking had already charged our card for the room and staff person charge us again. He did reverse it. He also assigned us to a nonsmoking room (#210) that was not clean and clearly someone had smoked in it. We immediately went back to him and got another room (#201) assigned (see above re good). It was better, but microwave, coffee maker not plugged in and had to move furniture to do so ourselves. Only one large towel in bathroom. Fortunately, my husband chose not to shower. Got email from Super 8 to check out and time. I did so for check out at 11 a.m. I went to Mass as St.Mary's. My husband stayed behind. He went out of room to take a walk and got back at 1030 a.m. He was going to get everything out of the room and wait for me in our car. The room key would not work. He had to go to desk to get this rectified, which he did. To sum it up, I would not do the pre & post check in again. Available staff on Saturday clearly was not well-trained.

Easy to locate

Somewhat dirty and employee availability was not good. Falsely advertised that breakfast was included and it was not available. It is also advertised as non smoking and we could smell smoke in the hallways from other rooms. Attempted to talk to staff but waited for awhile and then just gave up.

L'hôtel est pratique d'accès avec le parking gratuit. Il y a un magasin pas loin pour faire les courses. C'est un hôtel pratique pour une nuit quand on veut faire une coupure entre les chutes et New York. Petit déjeuner très simple seulement du pain et céréales et des pommes. C'est pas cher et ça fait le job pour une nuit, le personnel est très gentil.

The strong odor of insense in the room. Towels were paper thin and stained, possibly dirty. Bathroom was rusty and showed shoddy workmanship on walls/ceiling. Honestly, I’m shocked I was charged $128 for this dumpy room.

It was not particularly clean or kept up. We only had one towel in our room. The coffee maker only had decaf coffee.

Reservation for 2 but our room had ONE small towel, ONE washcloth, and a bath mat. At 8:09 a.m. there was no hot water. Someone tried to upgrade hotel with fresh paint, however, it's just old. Beds were clean and comfortable. Floors needed vacuuming.

This was the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed in, we were exhausted and just needed to lay down for a bit and we got 2 rooms 208and 209 Room 208 was mine and my husbands , we walked into the room and right away we felt we had made a mistake , the room smelled horrible we thought we could spray something just to be able to lay down , we then took showers , the bathtub/shower was covered in lime and mold and to to it off urine all over the toilet seat where it clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned between guests for no telling how long and whiskers all over the sink. We look past this and just deal with it we need to sleep!!! Well we turned down the bed and wow, why would we even think this wasn’t going to be the same as the rest of the room , the sheets were disgusting urine, blood, dirt and other body fluids all over the bed and we turned down the other bed and yep all the same . But this is the big kicker when we brought it to their attention they called us liars !!!! Who does this we just wanted to rest we didn’t want all the added stress we so clearly got . Management is very very rude his wife cussed us out and dirty filthy that doesn’t even describe it enough!!!! Please do both stop and stay here it is horrible!!!!! Now for room 209 it started with no A.C then poop (Human feces) all over the The toilet seat and well you guessed it sheets on both beds disgusting!!!! Just don’t stop don’t give this place your money they are rude and have a very dirty and unsanitary environment!!!!

Le manque d'expérience du personnel Pas de linge de toilette. La vache et des lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas. Pas de petit déj alors qu'il est prévu. On en est prévenu le soir à 23h ! Propreté à revoir et moisissures partout. La ville est elle aussi triste a voir. Localisation à éviter donc
