"Met our needs"

pros: The King suite is nice option for a small family stay. Lots of space and a giant TV! Uses a wall heater for ac and heat. Room was clean and didn't smell. Ample parking. Lots of fast food, pharmacy, and grocery within walking distance. safe neighborhood near highway ramps. cons: the air vent in the bathroom was very noisy. There was a faint cigarette smell out in the hallway. The stairway sometimes smelled like Indonesian cooking. notes: I intentionally wanted the King suite and made my reservations accordingly. But, when I went to check in, they tried to put me in a double queen room instead without asking me if that is what I wanted to do. Two queens would not have worked for our situation, and I was somewhat annoyed that they would attempt to make that change without asking me if that is what I would prefer. The breakfast was very simple with limited options. no elevator. The hotel is older and needs updating. But it met our needs. Price was reasonable for December.

Price

Insect on bed when we entered, bathroom didn't even has a lock. We checked in at midnight. I had to shout to get someone in reception. No one was there to answer when we went to complain on insect and bathroom

The woman at the front desk was kind to change our room but even the other room was dirty.

Everything was dirty: the room, the bedsheets, the towels. Avoid this place

"Stay Away"

We checked in a night early with the promise of being moved to our king suite reservation the following day. Manager called in the morning & told us room not available, blaming it on booking.com. She offered to let us keep the room we were in but the price changed from $388 to $806. When booking.com changed the rate back and asked them to honor it, she said they had no rooms. Guess Super 8 could afford to lose a 5 night stay!

I stayed for one night while heading to Ontario. The facility was right off the Interstate. Easy peasy. Check in was good, friendly staff.The gentleman directed me to a place to get a meal. The room was clean— quiet. Comfortable bed, coffee. Small refrigerator. free parking on site. It did not disappoint
