Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Minneapolis-Lakeville by IHG

The room was decent. The waterpark was okay. The building was clean. The workers were kind at the front desk.

I paid for breakfast but wasn't able to utilize it because it was too late and we had a dance competition we had to leave early for I thought breakfast would have been open by 6/630 and it wasn't open until 730.

Staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean. My only complaint would be that the pool water was too cold for my kiddos.

Booked a 2 queen room 2 months before. When we arrived I was told they overbooked at put us in a room with a king bed and a roll away bed for “no extra charge”. Me, my wife and 3 kids. So I had to ask for another roll away bed so 4 of us wouldn’t have to share 1 bed. Roll always were terrible. Floor was more compfort able. The blanket that provided zero warmth. When the beds were set up there was zero room to even walk around the room. Then at 3 am we all woke up to some sort of party gone wrong. Screaming, yelling ect. Cops finally showed up after about an hour. No rest. Terrible stay. Won’t be back.

This was a decent place for kids. I would say the "free" Breakfast was a joke!! For my 11 year old and me to have the breakfast buffet and 1 orange juice each it cost $25. So i wouldn't spend another dime in that place. For some reson there was a $7 room fee added to my bill as well. I guess i should have questioned this, but i was in a rush. Pretty disapointing!! Also the beds and bedding were very uncomfortable

Older property that is well-maintained, clean, comfortable, and functional. Entertainment for kids can't be over-estimated. Highly recommend.

My kids loved it!

We were on the front floor facing the pool area and it was extremely loud until eleven pm. Woke up by eight the next dayby the people at the pool. We spoke to someone at the front desk and apparently the rooms were sold out for weekend. He didnt ofter any other suggestions
