Super 8 by Wyndham Chaska

Tony, manager on duty, is very nice. Area is within walking distance to downtown Chaska.

I loved the location and it is a cozy small place . The rooms are good for the price and staff is pleasant . I would absolutely stay here again . It is a grab and go breakfast, but now I see that commonly in a Super 8. We did take a lake facing room and the view was good from there

Sticky floor in room… overall rundown

Older hotel with paper thin walls. Had two rooms. One was clean and neat albeit dated. The other was cold, less clean. Tony at front desk was great. Could hear guy in next room snoring. Price is very reasonable. Probably wont go back because of overall condition.

The staff was very polite and cooperative. The staff is the reason for booking twice. However, the price does not match the quality of the accommodation. It is very over priced. Also, there was dust in all corners and on bed frame. the WiFi is the strongest on the front desk when you move inside the property there is almost no connection. The WiFi is awful.

I wish it was well vacuumed as the carpet was not fully clean and the corners as well as windows/curtains are dusty. Toilet however was good.

Lobby and hallways have a horrible smell to them. Could definitely use some new carpet. Room was ok, the floors and under the bed need to be swept and mopped regularly. The bathtub has soap scum on the side of it from lack of proper cleaning. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Past upgrades to the rooms were poorly done, i.e. poor install on laminate flooring.

Very accommodating

We had a great 2 night stay. The service was exceptional and beds comfortable . Cant beat the price!

I did not like the dirtiness of the room I have stayed in The tower was dirty The toilet was dirty Overall, the bathroom was horrible TV only has one channel, I can’t switch to another channel when there are other channels The place is a little noisy early in the morning

I am giving a one star review simply because the manager Tony was very accommodating, polite, and professional. I checked in without a problem. My son and grandson were left in the room while I ran other errands. My son called me telling me that the whole room smelled like marijuana from someone smoking in the building and then sent me pictures of various disgusting things in the room, such as pubic hair on the toilets, empty alcohol containers under the beds, not to mention all of the dust. I returned and spoke with Tony, who gave us a new room. Upon inspection of that room, we found a broken window, more hairs on the toilet, dirty socks under the bed, and those are just a few of the issues. We immediately grabbed our bags and packed the car. Spoke to Tony again and he was very apologetic. We booked through Travelocity and were able to get a full refund. 100% do not recommend until they can figure out how to keep it clean and get rid of the nasty musty smell when you walk in
