Super 8 by Wyndham Chaska

I went there to stay because I came down with RSV and it’s highly contagious for young children I bought a 3 night stay. On the second night, I had the emergency latch on the door activated so that nobody could open the door more than an inch. At midnight, someone woke me as they were banging my door violently against the latch. 10-15 times. When they stopped, I called the front desk and he said that the system gave them my room by accident and when he caught it, they got too far to stop them. My room was directly upstairs from the front desk. Another person said that they were international guests that didn’t understand English and was banging on the wrong door. They weren’t banging on the wrong door because the front desk gave them the key! The only way I didn’t get raped or murdered was the emergency stop latch installed on my door.

I walked into the room and the only thing clean was the made bed and bathroom. The carpet had not been vacuumed and had small specs of paper or dirt all over the floor. The remote on the tv had a drop of something sticky. The tv had splatters of something sticky. The tv screen had something sticky and only showed 1 channel. The Scripps Howard network. If you like kid science shows in the morning, news in the afternoon, and real crime shows at night, maybe that’s for you. The worst part. I came to recoup from a sickness and get rest and at 12:00 AM woke to someone violently banging my door against the safety latch 10-15 times to get in. The man at the front desk says “Sorry. I gave someone the key by accident. “The system” game them your room. I checked out a day early and the man lay the desk looked hung over and could barely stand up. Absolutely, DO NOT go there.

The representative on the front desk is very friendly and nice to talk to and the room he gave me was clean and calm which was very important

There was no breakfast. Only muffin with coffee but nothing else. Which is very disappointing since I had in mind that the price is justified because there’s breakfast. I thought wrong and was extremely disappointed because the advertisement was wrong.

Dirty room, dog food and bottle caps on floor, lumpy mattress, extremely rude and unhelpful staff person, Tony, very threatening with the police if I did not leave sharply at 11, filthy bathroom, carpet, no light bulbs.

It was regular. Calm. Nothing out of the ordinary. Asked for toiletries. Was met with a no. I would say that you get what you pay for. I appreciated not itching. Heard a lot of loud noises that woke me up out of a sound sleep. That was jarring. I would like to stay again.

I enjoy staying here! The rooms are clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. Tony at the front desk is awesome to deal with and makes you feel welcome. I will definitely be staying here again!!!

The front sea manager was friendly and nice. And our view was very pretty

The building was very tired and worn out. No elevator. Needs new everything.
