Property is a bit run down but the rooms are clean and taken care of and the staff is kind and helpful. Very good value.

Did not stay here, paid. It was so dirty I just left. Not sure if I received refund. Was using hotels.com chat. They did not help me, ended my chat and said they would call me personally to help resolve things and they just left me hanging and never called. Worst service I have ever experienced . Will not be using hotels.com again. Still have made no effort to contact me or resolve the problem and secure my refund. Not happy with the experience and very poor customer service

I was scared and thought I had made a mistake when I waiting for 30 minutes to check in. Once the staff arrived she made quicker work to get me checked in though. The room was clean, air conditioner noisy and tv didn’t work. The breakfast was standard but could use some regular tending to as the coffee was out. Overall a cheap option but I might opt for a different chain instead. The best part was the bed was comfortable and pillows were ample.

Amazing staff!

Took 20 minutes to check in because there was only one gal who was doing the housekeeping, front desk, everything. No smoking signs everywhere despite the hotel's faint smell of 70s era cigarettes. Toilet was so old, and low to the ground it looked like it belonged in a Kindergarten classroom. Loud motorcycle idling/warming up right outside our window for fifteen minutes before revving up and louding taking off around 6am. Not the hotel's fault but didn't add to our comfort. Bathroom had no soap, luckily we had one with us becasue it would have been a wait tracking down the one worker. Beds were very soft and comfortable and we slept deep. And the one staff woman was very nice.

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable, although worn and outdated. The room was very humid and had a mildew smell from all the lingering moisture. The AC unit was extremely loud, we had to shut it off to be able to fall asleep. It was a particularly hot weekend in July, so these issues might not always be the case. Breakfast had a lot of options for just being cold food. Good selection of breads, condiments, fruit, cereal, etc.

I booked two rooms, one for my wife and I, and one for my traveling buddy. Check in went smooth, the first room my wife and I was given had blood on the sheets and mattress cover, and the ac was extremely dirty and had black mold in the ducts. We were moved to the room next door which smelled like uterine and the toilet was leaking around the base with dirty water on the floor.. we were then shown a 3rd room which also had no working a/c and smelled like a dirty locker room toilet. I asked that the price of my room be refunded, Anna my wife and I would just stay in the room with my buddy. The desk clerk was very accommodating but said she had to get approval from her manager. The manager was extremely rude, claiming that they had upgraded us but none of the rooms shown were acceptable. Again I asked that they just refund us the cost of one room and we’d just stay with my buddy. She told us take the property manager would be in tomorrow and would attempt to resolve the issue. I explained that We were traveling and didn’t have time to waste waiting as we had another 500 miles to go. It was at this point she said it would be better I’d we all just left. She refused to refund our payment Anna threatened to call the cops! We did leave but I should had let her so they could see the substandard conditions of these rooms and report the facility to the health department!

I wouldn’t recommend this one.
