The rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly.

There was a spider problem. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay because of this. The staff was very kind and understanding and were all around helpful. They also informed us that we would be refunded and appreciate their help and their understandings .

The place was run down and our room was dirty. Had not been vacuumed and bathroom was not clean. I cleaned up enough to stay overnight. You should take pride in your place and clean up.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff friendly.

Definitely a good deal for the price. Comfortable rooms for a decent price.

Don't like- is too strong. Info: Our room was worn down more than expected. the linoleum floor had pulled up Lot of towels but two were ratty and took away from the others. The staff is nice enough, but not what I would call friendly. Seemed like I needed to get their attention. Again, this is not a big deal, but worth stating

The hotel is outdated and filthy. Holes in the walls and doors. Stains all over the carpet in the lobby, stairway and hallways. Fruit flies in the breakfast area. All bread products were individually wrapped, and when I walked past the front desk, there was a man with no gloves individually, wrapping each piece. The room smelled musty, and the tub and toilet was stained.

The property is somewhat older on the interior than the external building would suggest. My room would have been acceptable, were it not for the off-putting smell of wet carpet that made for a challenging stay. The heating/air conditioning unit appears to be on its last legs and was incredibly noisy as well. All told, I had a very uncomfortable sleep and I can sleep through pretty anything.
