"Bug infestations"

Call 315-349-3545, or to report a public health emergency after-hours, please call 315-341-0086; or email healthdepartment@oswegocountyny.gov Take time-stamped pictures/video of sightings; report to the hotel staff and get names and dates of stay.

"Just…..NO"

Staff is friendly but this hotel is in dire need of help. Advertised free breakfast, there isn’t even coffee…. Got a free contact high from the powerful weed smell on the first floor and when we asked them about it, they accused us of smoking it 😂 The walls are paper thin, there was obviously another party above us and it sounded like a bowling alley until 1:45 AM and the front desk would do nothing about it. Not a pleasant evening for the amount of money we spent. This is a $50 per night hotel at best….. Lastly, it is brighter in the room with the blinds closed at night then it is during the day with the blinds open….holy bright lights! Open the curtains to see where the lights were, and was greeted by about 40,000 dead gnats…. I’ll be driving from Syracuse in the future

"Adequate, clean, comfortable."

They advertise free breakfast. But when we got here we found there is no breakfast. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, the people are very nice and everything was fine. We would book a room here again.

"Super 8 is great!"

Upon my arrival to the hotel, I asked the front desk manager if I could look at a room before making a decision the front desk agent was very hospitable and showed me a room. The room was super clean and so I decided to stay at the super eight motel.

The room was a good value for the price. The location is convenient to everything. All of the appliances (TV. clock radio, phone, mini fridge worked. Everything was clean. Wifi was sketchy. All in all, not terrible, not great, just good enough.
