Super 8 by Wyndham Pulaski

Never have I paid so much for so little. Other than clean, this motel had nothing. We booked on Expedia. When we asked to transfer rooms we were told because we had (inadvertently) booked the accessibility room we had to pay to change. The accessibility room had one double bed, the curtains were falling down and had an unpleasant odour. We paid, but not happily.

The room had no bedside lamp and no coffee maker. The toilet was not level on the bathroom floor and the bathtub faucet was loose. Otherwise it was a nice room. It looked like it was updated recently.

Had to be in 1000 Islands Clayton to coach my wrestling team…I book last minute just in case any of the kids need a place to sta. Booked 2 rooms at Super 8 in Pulaski. Was about 50 minutes away, but everywhere closer was booked up. Glad I did. Cuz about 8 miles away is the Pond Pit BBQ restaurant, and the food was amazing! Great location. Friendly staff. Nice enough rooms and facility. Only issue was the deposit. It’s the highest I’ve ever heard of…$250, PER ROOM…so there was a $500 hold on my credit card. Wasn’t an issue for me, but I could totally see it being an issue for others, so, BE AWARE…to stay, you’ll need to have an additional $250 freed up on a card.

The management was nice, but it was way overpriced for what you get ($235+15 for a rollout). I was traveling with children, and it was late and we were exhausted! Every hotel around was booked, otherwise we would have bailed. As soon as you enter the upstairs corridor you’re greeted with what smells like cat pee - this should have been one of the many red flags. Our room was filthy; trash from prior occupants, and insect/rodent traps were left out. There were crumbs and dust all around the beds. Horrible housekeeping. The sheets were clean, but that’s about it. Our neighbors were loud and obnoxious but management took care of that pretty quick.

Great value..rooms were clean and quiet. Close to many stores and gas stations. Wi) definitely stay again.

Exactly what we expected. Room was clean, everything was fine. No problems at all.

This hotel needs a major redo. Although the exterior looks ok, the rooms are dark and damp and dank. Bed was comfortable but sheets and towels are cheap. Would not return

Room coffee maker was moldy and unusable. Expedia website showed a small continental breakfast but when we got there they told us it was discontinued. But in general the place was fine in all other aspects.

Friendly service. Too bad there is no breakfast.
