The owner cancelled my reservation because i got thete at 530 pm instead of 2 pm told me called me i showed him no call logged on phone then he said oh a text but no text on phone .Then he said oh i hvae room but $275 a night ( reservation was $269 for 2 nights) This was total eclipse weekend and I think it was unfair and price gouging since i made this reservation 4 months ago.

front desk not friendly. no breakfast (web-site states free breakfast). bathroom shower fixtures all loose and hanging. mold & mildew around loose shower walls. toilet loose and shaking. noisy - doors slamming during the night. bathroom amenities - no tissues, 1 little bar of soap, 1/2 roll of toilet paper. very disappointing stay - close to family.

The hotel has not been updated in a long time

3/2/24 First, on line says Check in at 2:00. Sign at desk says 3:00. After a slow check in process. Got room 115. Upon entering the room, the heater/AC unit was squeaking like crazy, speed changes to it made no difference. I can not sleep with that noise. Asked for new room. Got 206. Smoke detector was torn out (was either in this room or the first room, can't remember which, I immediately reported it to front desk). Hair dryer had many old long hairs sticking out of its intake vent. Toilet was wobbly, sink faucet was loose. Pillows were so flat they were useless. Had asked for 2 more pillows at check in, never got them. Couldn't use shower, when we tried to lift the pull device it would not pull up, was like it was rusted in place. TV remote button info was worn off. I hesitated to stay here because of various Bed Bug reports and numerous bad reviews, but had no choice at the point I booked. Never again. Will make the drive home rather than staying here. The positives: It was quiet, and we got lucky with no bug bites in our room (I brought large plastic bags to keep our luggage in). When I told the guy at checkout about all the room problems, no discount was offered. I didn't argue it, didn't bother with their crummy breakfast, I just wanted to go home and shower. Maids should be checking this stuff and giving a report to management, if they did, management obviously doesn't care, probably have a built in survivable income with the big salmon fishing season in the area.

Room was very clean. Only complaint was that there was only two very small pillows on the bed. Wish there were more pillows for use.

The lighting in the room was Horrible!!! We had the room next to the stairs so you could hear people going up and down

This place should be condemned. The bathroom is disgusting, the towels are so thin, old and now turned beige, the sink won’t drain. Wifi was down so we had no wifi all night. The pillows are so soft, they serve no purpose. I would not recommend.

Staff was polite. Rooms were clean.

The hotel description on the website is misleading; it claims to provide breakfast, but in reality, the hotel does not offer it. I booked the hotel specifically for breakfast, and had I known, I would have booked a nearby hotel that is much cheaper without breakfast. We have to check out early and search for breakfast shops before starting our journey. I should have called the hotel before checking in. I have used hotels.com to book hotel so many times, but not anymore. :-(
