Super 8 by Wyndham Pulaski

I've stayed here at least several times and consider it a decent place. The service has been very good. Wish they had complimentary breakfast.

The couple at the front desk who I suspect are the owners were very friendly and courteous

The hotel was quite outdated and needs some refresh. Well situated close to everything you need. Rooms are ok nothing fancy….but ok. They have a fridge so that was good….for a super 8, I have seen better than this one but for one night, this was ok

Fine, clean room, convient location

We could not get my cards to work so I paid cash. I had breakfast at Burger King, about one block away, which was fine. The parking lot was newly paved and painted.

When we checked in, we were told that there was a 250 fine for smoking in the room. However the hallway reeked of pot. The smell was so bad we had to place a bedspread at the base of the door to block the smell coming in. Bath rooms were nasty and stains on the carper and walls.

Apologies to all who stayed here after I was there in October 2022. I wanted to write this review sooner but was in an ongoing dispute with Super8 regarding my request for a full refund and didn't want to jeopardize my chances by posting an unfavorable review. Now that I've received a full refund, I feel compelled to write this review letting everyone know that I was bitten by bedbugs multiple times on multiple nights while staying here. My complaints to the manager fell on deaf ears and he admanantly denied there were bedbugs in my room. He even produced a report from an alleged pest control company falsely stating there were no bedbugs in my room. As they say, a picture paints a thousand words. Take a look at the attached photos and see for yourself!

Front desk person did not know how to communicate with deaf person as she refused to write down what she said to me. I have to get my daughter to interpret what she said to me. Also she questioned my sixteen year old daughter’s age as she did not believe that she is a child.

Oh the room has something the outside can see in the door areas. Please clean the room airconditioning so other things inside.

Filthy hotel from the carpets at the back entrance not being vacuumed to the very dirty dimly lit room, and hair infested bathroom. Someones towel was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door and their was obvious unwashed soiled spots on the top bed cover.
