Super 8 by Wyndham Pulaski

Small, cramped room, horrible mattress, no housekeeping at all, desk clerks seemed reluctant to provide any additional towels, soap, etc. for a give day stay, Generally rundown, especially for the price in an economically disadvantage area. Will look elsewhere when visiting relatives in the area in the future.

This place quoted me one price when I checked in for a 3-night stay and realized when I got home, they added $30.00 on the invoice. After contacting them many times they are still keeping my money. No room service for a 3-night stay. Breakfast is advertised but none was available. You have to call for a front desk person. Bedspreads have stains and hair in the shower. Worst Wyndham experience ever!!

On the outside, the hotel looks fine. We walked into the lobby and it smelled of pot. The person behind the counter told me that there would be a charge for smoking inside the hotel (I don't smoke), and laughed as apparently she just finished smoking something (I'm guessing it was her). Even with a reservation, it took 10 minutes to check in as she struggled with finding us a room and couldn't process my credit card, took her a few times. Later we saw her sleeping in the chair when we walked by. Our room was dirty - mold in bathroom, hair in tub, faucet about to come off of the sink, dirty vents. The heater was very loud when it ran. I positively would look for other places to stay.

Stayed here for one night, that was enough! Upon walking into the lobby, the smell of pot was prevalent. The girl behind the desk almost seemed a little perturbed that we were there to break up here day. She started off by telling us there would be a fine for smoking in the building, which I felt was comical considering the smell of the lobby. It took at least 10 minutes to check us in even though I had a reservation. Significant time was spent trying to figure out what room to put us in, which would be tough considering we saw only 3 cars parked at the hotel! It took her 3x to scan my credit card and finally we got to our room assigned. Later on our way out to dinner, she was sleeping in the chair. The room wasn't bad in appearance, however upon more looking around we noticed the mold in the shower, hair that wasn't ours in the tub. The toilet still had a "skid mark" in it from the previous guests, the toilet also moved when sitting on it. The sink faucet would rotate almost 90 degrees to the left when turning the water on as it wasn't secured. When we went to bed, the heat kicked on and was LOUD! It was a tough night sleeping, but in the morning when turning off the heat I saw the heating vent corroded with dirt/dust. I realize it isn't the Hilton, but just general cleanliness should occur with any hotel.
