"Good"

This is an overpriced hotel in an area near spring and summer auto shows. The bathroom was sparkling clean. That was the best thing.

"Toilet ran "All Night Long""

The toilet....advised the front desk and was told that the chain was too long and giggle the handle. t was the float and it kept running...all night. No breakfast despite advertising that there was 1. Not even a grab and go. As for the "enhanced cleaning protocols"...didn't exist.

I do love this hotel and have stayed here before. I did have some trouble sleeping because there was noise upstairs most of the night and the heat fan kept going on and off (loud).

"Excellent"

Desk clerk was great. Place just needs alittle TLC especially inside. Bed was comfy but the traffic noise was pretty bad. Overall i give it a 3.5 star

They offered "free breakfast" on the Expedia listing and they did not have any... Even though I consider it paid for and included in that price when I booked. The floor above is was incredibly loud with footsteps, creaking and loud thumps ALL morning. Needs renovated BADLY. Outdated.

"black mold"

Bathroom was discussing Black mold in the tub Faucet stuck on shower We left a day early I don't think I book with Hotels.com anymore
