It was pretty good

The Super 8 staff at Carlisle South were great. We had a weather-related issue that hindered our travel plans, I called ahead to let them know we would be late getting there, and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel was very clean, there were nice restaurants located within walking distance. They allow pets, we had our dog with us, took him for his morning walk and hit the McDonlads right out back for a coffee to take along with us.

The staff are super friendly. Thank you Beth. I like that they offer smoking rooms and are pet friendly. No one bothers you. No one bangs on your door 1/2 hr. Before checkout screaming Housekeeping while youre still showering to leave.

Door handle to room fell off and towels had stains

I enjoyed my restful stay. No one bothered me. I wasnt constantly hounded my "Housekeeping" and i enjoyed the smoking 3rd floor room.

The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and no contenal breakfast like they said. We went down at 7 and they said from 6 to 9. Won’t recommend this place to anyone or stay there again. The staircase and elevator also smelled mucky

Close to fairground

Overall cleanliness , condition etc. The facility needs upgrading badly.

It just wasn’t as neat and tidy as other places I’ve stayed in for the money. The place looks old and outdated. The bed was not that comfy in the air conditioning kept waking me up.
