We were traveling to Havre to bury my partner's grandfather. We booked a room for the deceased's son, his granddaughter (my partner), and his 2 great-granddaughters. We were promised a suite with 3 beds. When we got there, we discovered that the room we had booked weeks in advance did not exist. They would not change our booking, and instead said they would refund the money and we could book 2 other rooms. The refund never came through. I had to use my rent money to book 2 rooms at the Quality Inn. It has now been nearly a month, and still no refund. Nobody answers the phone at the hotel, booking.com has said that they can't do anything to help, and Wyndham said it should be resolved through the hotel, and provided me the same phone number that nobody answers. These people preyed on a grieving family, and stole from us. It is reprehensible and disgusting. The worst travel experience I have ever had. Do not do business with any of these people.

Would not consider staying here again tried repeatedly to call to request an early check in and phone was never answered and text messages were never responded too Horrible service before we even got there. When we arrived we were not allowed to check in even though it was only half an hour before the stated time
USThe breakfast was exceptional & the beds were very comfortable plus great hot water & water pressure in the shower!! The staff was super helpful & friendly.

When i arived there wasn't anyone at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes for someone to help me and if i hadn't pre paid I would have left. The room and property was extremely run down and dirty. I regretted booking this hotel and will never stay again.
