Good location, great price, clean room.

No one answered the main desk phone (multiple attempts, varying times). Paid through booking.com when reservation made, charged again at hotel upon arrival despite already paid clarification. Lobby was dark, outdated, smelled of stale cigarettes and unwashed people. No elevator.

9:10 pm The TV blared in the lobby at our entrance, and there was a dryer in hallway close to the door of our room that made a lot of noise because of a tool belt being dried. 1am noise in the hallway by our room that didn’t stop for 20 minutes, when I turned on the light in my room so I could call the front desk.

This is one of the worst stays we've had. Smoke smell everywhere. Drugs being dealt out of the windows. People walking the parking lot. Noisy room. Won't stay here Again.
