I have always trusted Hotels.com ratings and am happy with anything about a 7. But not this time, though perhaps still the best cost/property in town. Not terribly clean or well kept, and the TV didn't work at all.

"Would come again!!"

We reserved a king room & were so glad we did! The room had a half wall divider. So you walk into to a living room with sofa, coffee table, large tv, large fridge with freezer and microwave. The rear half had the king bed, with a chest and another tv! The towels were large and soft. And we had extras. Hot coffee in the lobby even though we checked in a bit after 8:00 pm.

"Could have been a better Stay"

My family and I previous stayed at this location a year ago, no issues. Everything was great, staff was professional, and event was awesome. This year, cannot say the same. I was fine until I had to move into another room, at the same charge, but had rodents throughout the room (dead and alive), shower was nasty, water pressure was low, toilet wouldn't drain, and etc. Horrible experience during this stay, only hotel in the area, not good for business trips. Bad, Bad, Bad, Experience.
