Bathroom dirty wall dirty dusty don bring clean towels no room service .I was housekeeping and always bring new towels but this location is was horrible 🐛 bed

The smell in the elevator and when you enter the hotel was not pleasant , the blankets, the breakfast could have been better.

USWhat I didn't like was I paid through booking.com and I gave the hotel a 100 dollar deposit when I checked in and have not got it back. I am totally upset. They said I would get it back as soon as I checked out and I still haven't received it. That is the second time that has happened to me. I am broke and need my hundred dollars. Is there anything booking.com can do?
